Flexible and resists cracking. It can be painted, odorless, and elastic.

Application
It may be used for general purpose exterior and interior caulking such as perimeter caulking of window and door frames, gypsum wall boards, plasterboards, cornice, skirting, architraves, sealing around ceramic tiles, crack filling and sealing between light partition wall.
